This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information. Information We Collect Account Information When you create an account, we collect: Name (if provided) Email address This information is used to create and manage your account and authenticate you securely. Content You Create Toodli stores the information you choose to create within the app, including: Tasks Calendar events Lists Meal plans Other content you create This information is stored securely so it can be synced across your devices and shared with people you choose. Google Calendar Integration If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Toodli requests read-only access to your calendar list and calendar events. We use this access only to let you select calendars and display your Google Calendar events inside Toodli alongside your plans and tasks. Toodli does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not modify or delete your Google Calendar events. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time through your account or Google Account permissions. Product Analytics To help us understand which features are useful, whether people return to Toodli and how the product can be improved, we record limited first-party product analytics in our secure Supabase database. When you use a production or TestFlight version of Toodli while signed in, we may collect: Your Toodli account identifier App sessions, screens and features used Actions such as creating, completing, updating, deleting or clearing an item Limited categories such as calendar provider, personal or shared scope, completion state and whether an optional feature was used Sharing actions such as sending, accepting or declining an invitation A temporary random session identifier used only to count sessions The date and time of these interactions We use this information to measure active usage, feature adoption, completion patterns, first-action timing and retention. We may compare aggregated activity for connected and individual users to understand whether sharing affects product usage. Analytics reports available to Toodli administrators contain aggregated metrics and do not expose user-entered content. We do not collect analytics from Expo or development builds. We do not include the content of your tasks, entries, calendar titles, notes, lists, groceries, meals or invitations in analytics. We also do not include your name, email address, advertising identifier or a persistent analytics device identifier. We use this information only to operate, measure and improve Toodli. It is not used for advertising or to track you across apps or websites. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated usage totals may be retained for longer so we can understand trends without retaining the underlying event history. Subscription Information If you purchase Toodli Pro, Apple processes your payment. We do not collect or store your payment card or banking details. We may receive subscription status information from Apple (via RevenueCat) to determine whether Pro features are available on your account. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Create and manage your account Authenticate your identity Sync your information across devices Enable shared features and collaboration Provide customer support Improve the reliability and security of the app We do not sell your personal information. Sharing Your Information We only share information when necessary to provide the service. Current service providers include: Supabase: secure authentication, cloud database and first-party product analytics RevenueCat: subscription management Apple: payment processing for in-app purchases These providers process information only as required to operate the app. Tracking and Advertising Toodli: does not display third-party advertisements does not sell your data does not use your information for advertising does not track you across other apps or websites Data Security We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Data Retention We retain your information while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period unless we are required by law to retain it. Children's Privacy Toodli is not directed toward children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
